Volunteers

Literacy Center Helpers - Volunteers assist with various games and activities.  Days and times are posted on a calendar and sent home in the red folders of the children whose parents have volunteered to help in the classroom.

Math Center Helpers - Volunteers assist with various games and activities.  Days and times are posted on a calendar and sent home in the red folders of the children whose parents have volunteered to help in the classroom.

Book Buddies - Our lunch time is from 10:30-11:00.  Volunteers will read AFTER lunch (11:10-11:30).    Many Book Buddy volunteers eat lunch with their child.  Please bring only two or three books.  Be sure to preview the books to make sure that they do not contain inappropriate language or material.  Avoid books with ghosts, goblins, witches, or religious material.  Mrs. Paternostro will have a calendar for volunteers to sign up at Open House.  Parents will be asked to choose one of the highlighted days on the calendar.

Volunteers will not be scheduled on early release days or during conference week.
